The staff here gets worked WAY overboard as far as the amount of hours that they're expected to fill. I do feel for them, having been staff there briefly myself while I was (known to management) living in a beat up old Honda Civic with no phone charger or proper insulation, and only having access to the free YMCA showers at the permitted times (5:30-5:55 am or 9:15-9:45 pm) which of course I was still always scheduled to work during, given my 12-13 hour shifts, 4-6 days per week. Of course on one hand I will say that it was nice of management to give me a chance even though I could not wash my uniform every single day as per the rules, but it was also a bit much to expect from someone who was brand new and in such an overwhelming and taxing situation outside of work. For this reason I would say to please be gentle and patient with the workers at Taco Bell, because it really is not an easy job to keep up with, hence the obvious constant turnover. That being said, I will give 2 stars for service this past time I visited because as I was ordering my taco they asked me if I wanted sour cream on it. Since they didn't specify that saying yes would mean an additional $1.75 (or maybe $1.50, I'm not certain but STILL) I thought maybe it came as a free option nowadays, but once I saw the charge I immediately said "oh actually nevermind, I didn't realize it was going to cost that much." To which their reply was a snarky "Ohhhhhh .....well....we alreeeeady maaaaaade the taaaaacooooooooo." 🥱😌🙄 Strange....since it was literally SECONDS after I agreed to the sour cream that I changed my mind. I honestly DID NOT HAVE enough money to pay for my food now. At this point they began to harass me while I was embarrassed, digging between my seat cushions for the extra money. They didn't bother to offer any exceptions once they saw what the situation was, but mostly just made me feel incompetent and like I was just in the way. There was only ONE other...
Read moreTAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE! We had gone to the drive thru at 11:00 PM and ordered 2 cheesy roll-ups and 2 triple layer nachos. Our order was wrong we received 2 nachos instead of the triple layer. We went back and the shift lead taking the order Jennifer said that our order was right that she heard us confirm it on the screen even though we had said triple layer. When we pulled up Jennifer asked where the rest of the chips were from the bag and I told her that those were all that she gave us. She had a really horrible attitude and we asked if she treated all her customers this way. She didn't seem to care. Here other manager Seline came and started saying asking what the problem was and I asked for the store managers name and she said she can't share than information or share what their names are. I asked for both there names and Jennifer told me hers but Seline wouldn't tell me.
She told us to leave, closed the window and walked away. We waited to get her name and finally she came back and said she was going to call the cops because we weren't going. I told her all I wanted was her name to talk to management. Finally after telling her we had it on video she gave us her name and we left.
I don't know if it was just because they both had a power trip, racist because we're Hispanic, or just simply that the owner and store manager don't know how to pick employees but this is the most disgracefulness service anyone could have received. Arrogance and incompatibility is all you'll find here. I'm going to speak to the owner of the store and let the m know that these two need to be severely disciplined if not fired. Like I said, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS...

Pulled into the drive-thru hoping to grab a quick bite, and instead I got grilled harder than a Crunchwrap on high heat. The second I spoke, I was bombarded with rapid-fire upsell options like I triggered a Taco Bell pop quiz: "Chicken, steak, beef, or all three? Extra meat? Extra sour cream? Add jalapeños?" No pause. No breath. No mercy. It was like trying to order with a pressure washer pointed at my face.
Before I could even turn to ask my passenger if they wanted to add a drink, the employee hits me with the relentless "Anything else?" on repeat like a broken record possessed by a sales demon. I literally had to interrupt just to speak. I know it’s not the employee’s fault — I see the stress in that robotic rhythm — but this is not how fast food is supposed to feel. It was a Taco Bell Speedrun, and I was just along for the ride.
Got to the window, paid, and before I could even say “thanks,” the bag was shoved into my hands and the window slammed shut like a scene from a dystopian sci-fi movie. No “have a good one,” no eye contact, just transaction complete — next victim, please.
I’ve seen Taco Bell push hard before, but this? This was Taco Bell turned into a tactical interrogation unit. I'm not mad at the crew. I’m mad at the system that’s got them trained like high-pressure telemarketers in a headset warzone.
Corporate: do better. Let your crew breathe, let your customers speak, and maybe let everyone enjoy some humanity along with...
