Sad I couldn't rate Tech One higher but owner Phong could not fix my vintage 1975 Marantz 6300 Turntable as requested. I asked him to fix several issues that were wrong with the unit and he had the turntable at his store for a month and a half trying to solve them. One of the problems was that the auto pickup at the end of the record was only working intermittently - about 50 % of the time. The other major problem was that the turntable speed would vary during play which made listening to a record unpleasant. Phong tried his best to fix issue one but he finally told me he couldn't find the problem. He did tell me he fixed issue 2, the speed issue, but upon bringing it back home and while playing a record, it had major speed variations making the record unlistenable. Now to make matters worse, the auto pickup only works about 10% of the time. I'm now going to have to find someone else to fix my turntable. Owner Phong is very friendly and professional and an all around good guy with very reasonable repair rates. I guess just he doesn't have the skill set necessary for fixing...

How do you give a review when you don't know the quality of the work? Twice now, on different days and a different week, I have driven over to this business during business hours and there hasn't been anyone there. Door locked, lights off, nobody there. No sign on the door "...back at (time)"; when I called the phone number, I got the standard greeting...nothing about out of town, on vacation, on a service call. A customer shouldn't have to call a brick and mortar store to see if someone happens to be working that day. I had an RV Audio, CD/DVD player that was not ejecting the discs. I brought it in to Tech One Electronics and Phoung told me he thought he could fix it. In only two days he contacted me and shared the problem with me and requested authorization to continue it's repair. He completed the repair the same day for the price he quoted me. I am extremely pleased with his knowledge and promptness in completing the repair.
