I came into to buy printer ink. When I got there I found out that the ink on the shelf was price more than it was online. The clerk told me that they only match the online price if the customer asks for it. Was also informed that quite a few prices are cheaper online (even if you pick up in the store) than in the store as well they didn't seem to have any problems charging more (essentially taking advantage of the customer). i was further told that in order to get the online price I would have to give a phone number for it...I told the employee that I do not have a number with them and didn't in the past have to do that and their response was it change! I guess I will find somewhere else to shop, the attitude, charging the customer more etc. Just for reference online price for the ink was $130.89 and instore it was $158 and change. What happened to customer service? Very disappointing....
   Read moreI spent about 20 minutes here. Now, usually I have associates present a eager to help, but not on my last visit. Today, the manager (I assume because he was directing others) walked by me at least 3 times didn't bother to ask if he could help nor did he do that for any of the other guests in the store. He had folks buy on other tasks that limited their ability to assist customers. Now, I know tasks must be completed. But there is no other tasks more important than assisting customers. I knew what I wanted but I also enjoy walking around looking for cool clearance items. So I was in every aisle and department. It would have been a show of good service and workmanship to be approached. The shelves are a bit sparse and looked unkept. Store is very well lighted and products are reasonably priced.    Read moreA week ago, I went into the Bellingham, WA store specifically to ask if they would recycle our old printer if we bought our new printer there. The very nice employee I spoke to clearly said yes. Today my husband went in with our old printer and two employees there treated him horribly for bringing in our old printer, stating it has been two months since they stopped recycling printers. And, "Who told you that?!" I am less concerned if a friendly employee gave us wrong information. That would not have led to this online review. It was the way they treated my husband today that is the problem. I then called the store to ask to speak to the manager, chose the only menu option (curbside pick-up) that likely offered me a chance to speak to a person, asked to speak to a manager, then was cut off after 5 minutes on hold.
