The store can be disorganized sometimes, but this is the nature of the beast with retail. I've shopped at this location for years because it's closest to my house and the staff is always helpful and pleasant. Old Navy also seems to be the only affordable brand that makes pants for women with huge hips and a tiny waist so I am a long time customer.
Today I had to make an exchange that was kind of a weird scenario. Typically the exchange I was asking for was against policy but the manager was helpful regardless because the item I purchased was damaged in a way that was definitely manufacturing related.
She was very firm at explaining the policy, but was flexible with a "this time only" exception. I appreciate the professionalism from the manager and the cashier who helped. 5 stars for the staff.

Read moreAbsolutely HORRIBLE! There was a manager named Asha or Aisha that was EXTREMELY disrespectful to a customer who was trying to do an exchange. I was in the store and I witnessed this. This manager, Aisha, yelled at her and called her a thief. I witnessed this customer cry with her children by her side! Another employee entered the establishment and tried to dissuade the situation. Asha then screamed at this coworker that was trying to help. She was out of control. And she refused to give her name and was not wearing her proper name badge.
