I put in a case order for the 2021 ancient battle tins for yugioh around september of 2021. I tried calling to figure out what the issue was about a month ago when it was supposed to here by October and was told they don't know where the shipment is and couldn't offer any sort of refund. completely unprofessional. as of 7/25/22 I haven't received any sort of update regarding a refund and have yet to receive anything besides excuses. This place will not return calls or messages regarding my refund and will be going to great lengths to get to the bottom of this.
