Want to share my experience with KD floral and staff. Called as I live out of town and wanted to send my daughter flowers for her birthday. I was very impressed with the lady I spoke to, gave her my price range and told her what my daughter liked. When my daughter sent me a picture I was extremely disappointed. It was a Mason jar with a lot of greenery and some flowers. The worst part of it was, I called to complain the guy on the phone just said "So are calling for constructive criticism or did you want me to do something about it" When I told him I don't order flowers that often and was not happy with what I seen, he said "Well $50 isn't really that big of a order" Well it was for me. I guess you just have to spend big money in order to get anything nice from KD floor. Never again. Very poor customer service...

Flowers were delivered to the wrong address - they had a completely wrong address written down so not the delivery person's fault. Staff was very unapologetic and not even sure if the correct flowers were delivered given the wrong addresses. When I asked for a refund (since they got the address and my phone number wrong) they stated that they needed the flowers back. So they went to my 69 year old mother's house and took the flowers back! The flowers were mostly greens anyways and my mother had to pick out dead ones and prune properly to make it look good. Was a long time customer (ordered wedding flowers from KD 17 years ago when customer service was a priority) but will use ANY other florist from here out. Uffda, beauty really is in the eye of...

I've never want to write a bad review to another florist. But worst experience, I'm not sure if the lady on the phone thought I was an order gatherer. I'm a local florist located in Saint Paul, MN and was trying to help my customer send a funeral arrangement to a church in Bemidji. I called and give the information. When asked if I personally order the bouquet myself to the funeral, I told the lady I was helping my customer with the order. All she said was I can't help you and just end the phone call. Really disppointed because I thought a florist will help a florist but it seems like they just don't care. I called another florist in that city and they were nice enough to help me...
