So far I have only ordered online and have not been to their physical storefront, someday while in Bemidji I will do so. But all of my orders (have ordered several times) have been great. I follow the size chart per product as each has their own cut and fit description as well and have been super happy with my products. Love the colors, prints, and styles of clothing as well as "household" categories I have orders from. Also made a great Christmas present for my teenage niece, she has worn her top several times which is a huge feat! Love this company and hope they keep up...

Lauren was extremely friendly and helpful when I called looking for a couple of items. They shipped my order quickly and everything is of great quality. Unfortunately I had a shipping issue on the part of USPS and one of the items was damaged in transit. Andy and the customer service team went above and beyond to make sure that I got a replacement right away. They are rock stars and I will definitely order again! Keep up the great work 218...
