Horrible communication and customer service. I placed an order with this company and then I got a notice to track it with Shop but it didn't include tracking info. So I reached out the next day and I found out they were drop shipping from another company and it was supposed to ship the next day. I asked if I could cancel the order. I think 4 or 5 days went by with no response and no refund. I reached out again this morning asking for tracking or a status on cancelling. They claim it was cancelled and a refund was issued. A refund was not issued and that was the only communication I received from them since my request on the 1st. So I replied back and stated a refund had not been issued. Several hours later I get an email stating a refund was being processed but it was only for a partial amount. I just emailed back and asked for an explanation. I cannot find any policies for cancellations, refunds or shipping...

It’s just okay... when I think surplus store I think surplus store, not at all what is in this store. They have a decent assortment of leather but they don’t have much for survival gear.

I was hoping they would have some black canvas or even any color to patch a hole in my Carhartt jacket but they didn’t have anything, even asked the owner.

I guess if you’re not doing anything better you could stop in but it really feels like a store that you’d never leave with anything...

Friendly staff easy to talk to. I had a project I was working on that I needed leather for and tried to ask for some help with ideas and they were very helpful with helping me think up ideas to make leather archery gloves...
