As soon as I entered with my baby, we were warmly welcomed with a smile. Avery took the time to explain the process after I mentioned it was our first visit and that I hadn't made a reservation.
I strongly suggest making a reservation to guarantee your entry, as I believe their capacity is 50. It tends to get quite busy, especially on rainy days, due to its convenience and being such a fantastic place for kids. Additionally, you will need to complete a waiver form. They have iPads available for you to fill out the form if you haven't done so, but it's advisable to have everything prepared in advance to avoid delays if you're pressed for time.
Avery was incredibly friendly, patient, attentive, and had a wonderful personality.
This is a charming spot for little ones, and the staff on duty during our visit made sure to wipe down, clean, and tidy up the area while the kids played in different sections. It was a busy little place when I arrived at 10:40 a.m., but it was less crowded around lunchtime.
There is a red bucket designated for toys that your little one has put in their mouth, ensuring the toys remain sanitary. You are required to purchase their socks and must wear them while there. Fortunately, the socks are only $2.50. The day pass costs $13.75, and they also provide your little ones with a free rubber duck, which helps encourage them to leave when it's time to go. I'm sure you can relate to how your little ones can get when they're having a blast and don't want to leave, so they have a clever system in place to help ease that transition.
This place was perfect for my little one. I had a wonderful time, especially seeing how much he enjoyed himself, and the customer service from Avery was outstanding. Thank you so much for your help and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUpdate: responding to owner - yes parents (or nanny in this case) should be responsible but when they are being negligent, I think you should have rules set into place to remove the ones causing a negative environment. But now since you are making it known that itās basically not your problem, we wonāt be coming back anymore.
Iāve been coming here for a couple years and itās hit or miss. I do like that itās small enough to keep an eye on my toddler at all times but when it gets crowded, good luck trying to get by. A lot of the parents like to sit in the middle and chit chat. The toys are well kept and clean and I love the little area in the back when my daughter wants to sit down and do some low stimulation activities. I knocked off a couple stars because I think there should be rules in place for kids that are not playing nice. This area is more geared towards toddlers than big kids and I really think there should be an age or height limit to play here. My 2 year old was trying to play in the kitchen and an older girl was being mean to her and yelling at her to go away. The worker that was cleaning the toys nearby was shocked at how this girl was acting towards the smaller kids and even asked her to share the toyās but she didnāt want to. Her nanny didnāt do anything about it. We ended up leaving which sucks since we paid to be there but my daughter did not want to stay after that. Itās perfect when thereās a very small group here and we get lucky sometimes and itās totally empty but itās not worth it when thereās a lot of kids. Hopefully next time I get lucky and there...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDo not buy their pass or membership unless you make reservations every time. As yall know having toddlers is hard to plan so I thought this would be a great place for us to stop by when we just need to get out of the house. Well I was wrong. I bought the pass and have been having difficult time getting to use it. The first time I stopped by we were turned away because of party. Thereās no way to know unless you call ahead. So then the second time I called to make sure they are open they were only open for a couple of hours because once again they are closed for a private party. The third time we got there I called again right as they opened to confirm availability and when I got there they were at capacity and they were only going to be open 2 hours once again because of private parties. This is unacceptable had I known they werenāt going to be open only for a few hours on the weekend I wouldnāt have bought the pass. My husband and I work during the week so weekends are the only time we can take our kids out. Well we reached out to the owner with this issue just wanting a refund for difference since we only used it once and she just replied with non refundable policy no apology or anything. Itās pretty shitty to treat people that went there from the first...
