I have never had a bad experience at any Starbucks. The morning was truly disappointing. When visiting the Benbrook location I decided to go inside due to long lines. I understood that staff was in the Halloween sprit but that should never distract you from you job duties. I placed my order with Brianna and she confirmed my order.
After 10 mins of waiting I politely asked how much longer on my order. The gentlemen asked my name and informed me that he did not have an order for, I must have not completed my order online. I need to complete the order for it go through. And turned his back to me.
I politely informed him that I ordered in the store and not online. I repeated my full order to him, making sure that I again informed him "no whip" and he turned his back to me again. I assumed he would make it as soon as he had an available moment. He did indeed make but included the whip. I told him that he could leave the top off and I would remove myself.
He removed the whip, placed the top on and pushed the drink to me with half of my frappuccino running down the side of the cup.
Starbuck is a place that mention to other for great customer service and coffee. In the past even when they have made a mistake, they have taken pride in correcting the situation and apologizing to their customers. This was not done today. Very disappointed customer. I will not visit this...

Perhaps it's only this location because the one in Crowley and Burleson both serve it on ice, it just takes five minutes to steep and then they bring it to me in my car while I wait. I don't mind waiting, clearly this store minds going the extra mile for customers. I said that's fine, can I get the mint majesty hot tea and a cup of ice then please? She said, yes but if you pour the hot tea over the ice your ice will melt. 🤔 Yes... Yes I'm aware and I'm okay with that... I get to the window, pay with the first order I've ever paid with on the app I downloaded in the parking lot and put money on. The guy hands me the venti hot tea and then a venti cup of ice. I ask for a straw, he hands me three. IDK why. It felt kinda petty. We leave, we stop at a gas station about 20 minutes later and while we're waiting outside I open the lid to the steeping tea and it's not even halfway full 😡 why am I paying venti prices for a small (tall)!!!! But during my most recent visit, my drink was already done but my pastry wasn’t. I waited and watched as a group of 4 came in and ordered and received their drinks and sandwiches while I was still waiting on my croissant. when I finally went up to the register (the only way they’ll acknowledge you) they didn’t even explain what the issue was, just picked up my croissant that was just sitting on the counter behind them, already cooled off, and threw it on the table. it’s unfortunate that this location has to be the closest...
