Root Adorned — Local services in Bend

I stopped out front because the window displays caught my eye--truly works of art! Then I walked in and was simply blown away that Root Adorned exists!

The shop brings together so many of the things I feel are essential to making a house a home (focusing on bringing nature indoors). The displays/arrangements are beautiful and are always changing--a good thing that encourages me to find a reason to visit every so often.

I am never able to visit NW Crossing without stopping in and often leave with a plant, or a pot, or both--even when I was just going to have a look. My very tall ficus triangularis was a big splurge/gift from my husband because he knows Root Adorned is my favorite shop (Erin helped me get it safely in my car, of course) after a snow storm left the roads icy). My rubber tree plant is so healthy and happy in my dining room, and my family now knows to stop in for my birthday gifts from her shop as well. A ginseng in a gorgeous minimal, handmade grey pot brings a sense of calm to my living room, and is my favorite, I think, but I am also loving my new fragrance I just picked out last month.

Erin and her entire team are welcoming and knowledgable about all things plants, providing plenty of care tips helping me feel more confident about coming home with a triostar stromanthe.

Team consistently provides a sense of tranquility and hospitality that makes taking your time just to soak in all the ever-changing and lovely items a delight.

I have been a happy customer at Root Adorned for several months. Here are my observations: This lovely shop is not only a retail store, but more a destination. For me, customer service is an art, and Erin is a master. She makes you feel welcome and valued, not only as a potential customer but more importantly as a person. You can't put a price on relationship and for me, she is the biggest attraction and asset of the shop, which I love. That being said, I have transformed my house with plants from Root Adorned, which are the finest I have seen anywhere in their uniqueness and quality. My house feels more alive and I love being home. I was visiting Bend recently and came across this jewel on NW Crossing Drive called Root Adorned. It is not what I expected from a ‘plant store’. The entrance is inviting with high ceilings, open shelving adorned with an astonishing variety of potted plants. The space itself is bright with natural light and features other handmade artistic adornments locally and imported. I was especially impressed with the well informed and friendly server, Parker.
