Dollar Tree — Local services in Benicia

Warning, warning, warning, this Benicia location is over charging their customers. This is the 2nd time this has happened to me in the last few days. This time its an extra .25 cents per item and last time it was .50 cents per item. Items are clearly marked $1.25 and i was charged $1.50 for some pencils. Now, this may not seem like much to some, but, think about it. If they do this too ALL their customers, it adds up to hundreds of dollars. And customer service person wouldn't change the price, she said that the $1.50 is the correct price. Legally they cant do that. They have to honor the prices that are advertised. Im seriously think of filing a class action against them...anyone want to join me. I go here every week, who know how much I've been overcharged and I am just now...

I like this location...But as I was line I can hear one of the cashiers ask someone if they needed a bag right away..Wasn't sure what the customer said,but I heard the same cashier say,"That's what I asked you...if you needed a bag..."..
