If I could give no stars I certainly would. Anytime I've come here it's a pain in the butt to order you can't hear them on the drive-thru speaker you can't understand them. Then when I get up to the window he just sits there and looks at me and I said how about a total any continues to look at me and I said how about a total so I know if I'm paying you card or cash he goes oh no cash. I said oh I'll determine if I'm paying you Carter Cash you won't tell me what I'm paying!! Benny just shoves my bag out the window . Once or twice I'll let things slide, but this location constantly and consistently gets the order either wrong or shorts me items. In the past year their prices have increased and the food quality has declined. Today I ordered and paid for a sandwich with cheese. What I got was a dryed out hot lettuce quarter teaspoon scraping of mayo and nothing else chicken sandwich with the smallest flattest piece of chicken I ever seen. Looked like it had been run over by a truck a few times. Gimme a break. I'm done getting robbed and cheated by this place. They don't answer their phone so they can deal with these...

I always have a hard time ordering here in the drive thru. I used to think it was the speaker box, but they've finally updated the speaker and they still have a hard time understanding us. If you have a question, they may not even bother answering you unless you are ordering. Waste of time to sit there in the drive thru waiting for someone to reply. When they do take your order, special requests may be wrong.

I think some of them are doing their best and there's an attitude problem that makes a toxic work...
