12/28/2020 Order food at 7:15 pm- says it will be done in 10 min. arrive at 7:25- four staff, 3 are cleaning, one is taking orders. I wait 5 min for her to finish with another customer. She asks what's up I say Im here for pick up and give the name. She asks if I can cancel it. I wait a second and ask why. She says they are closing in 30 min and dont want to make the food items before closing. I say I can cancel but ask when I would see the refund by. They tell me they will "try" to refund me. I say" what do you mean try? you told me to cancel my order because you dont want to make it, I need to know that the money will be refunded" Other guy approaches and says he will write a note on the receipt of the order for the manager. I ask if the manager will ensure the money goes back on the card. This dude tells me "Maybe" I said " What do you mean maybe? Im not getting my food because you guys dont want to make it, fine whatever but what do you mean 'maybe' I will get my money back" This goes back and forth for a while. ... seriously? Read moreLiving in close proximity to this restaurant , I tend to go a lot. Food is good a majority of the time. But I have NEVER met more rude “customer service” workers. They don’t greet you, And half the time they ignore you if you ask for something (hot mustard, soy sauce, etc). Today I happened to be holding my 2 year old, and my disabled mother with her cane standing there waiting for someone to ring us up. There was 5 employees a behind the counter all of which were helping no one and just ignored us like we weren’t there for at least 10 mins. One time a girl even refused to help my younger sister and I because she didn’t like my sister. Not only did she refuse to help us, but gave us disgusting looks and attitude the whole time her co worker was helping us. I keep giving this place my money... and I’m not sure why because I leave there disappointed every single time. I will be driving to Vallejo from now on if I feel like I need to eat Panda Express. I hope the Benicia location brings on some more friendly staff and turns around the way they treat people because it’s really sad and it took this happening to me NUMEROUS times before finally...
Read moreActually, I like this Panda Express. Since it’s right next to our house, we usually get our food from there. I always order through the app. But I don’t know if it’s them being slow on the app, or if there’s some other issue, but there’s always a problem. The order is never ready at the time stated on the app. And as an excuse, they always say something like, “This chicken isn’t cooked yet,” or “The broccoli isn’t ready, we’re waiting for it,” and so on. And of course, the whole point of ordering online is to avoid waiting in line. You want to just go in, pick up your food, and leave. If they can’t do that, I think they should just remove the app altogether.
Additionally, if you don’t ask for them, they never include chopsticks. But most people eat this food with chopsticks anyway. I think they should include chopsticks by default without customers having to...
