Southampton Shopping Center — Local services in Benicia

Hadn't been here in so long, I must have covered every corner. I LOVE it here! Raley has Safeway in Glen Cove beat by a mile. They have the best gourmet deli! Get a dagwood/make your own 6"! The ladies are ALL so pleasant. The Deli Mgr, (Clare?) wasnt affected by my silly questions, about something they should bring back. She was Very pleasant. Everyone is so helpful and don't just tell you where, but actually render Service and SHOW You where. Jamba Juice is to die for on a hot day and my Grand raved about the Quickly here. Travis Credit Union made me want to return. It was certainly better than Vallejo and the Trash they make you feel like by the end of the Transaction. My Dentist's office is Very pleasant. He's been helpful and always gives great advice even when I bring someone w/o proper insurance. Even Ace Hardware rocked. I didn't know they were still around. They've always been more hands on than HD or Lowes.

Over all the shopping center is decent. But I have to say this Raley's has gone down hill and continues to go down. The produce, yeah umm make sure there is no mould on it. At least 2 veggies if not more will be squishy and mouldy daily. Oh and watching them TOSS the veggies into the bins. Bruised yummy. The shelves are empty half the time. And wow, I'm sorry, but what happened to looking professional or at least out of your pajamas. Sweat pants hanging a bit too low. Really? Sweat pants? Have you no care as to how you look? Whew! Otherwise the shopping center works. Thumbs up to Ace Hardware, Starbucks (they let me bring my dog in and might offer a little personal cup of whip cream for him), and Pearl...

Good place to shop, or eat. Music plays continuously overhead in the walk way, it's nice. Lousy Mexican restaurant. Great pizza place. Worst laundromat in history! It is at the end of the walk way, next to a liquor store and across from Chase and Huckabee's. Included in this fun shopping center are the businesses across the parking lot. UPS, nice people there, always willing to help, Foreign food place, hamburger drive thru, juice bar, BofA kiosk, and plenty more. There is the Dollar store, the dentist, a nail salon, an eyebrow salon, a pet place, Ace hardware, jewelry store, you name it's here! And you can shop...
