Been trying to find out how to leave a review for Stiizy products and warn people about buying their products. I had issues with pods leaking and wasting my money that I don't have much of being on disability. I tried many times trying to just get product replaced, not even my money back. I filled out all the info, sent pictures of receipt, boxes, and the leaking pods and they are putting it on Delta Dispensary instead of taking responsibility for it. I bought an extra battery thinking maybe the battery was causing it and was able to see it's the pods. The new pods they came out with it leaked out the side this time instead of the gunk coming out the end where you hit the cartridge. My throat burned for almost an hour from getting some of that gunk in my throat from the pod leaking! Still won't replace anything. I sent everything in November and got nothing back so I tried again a little over a month ago and they got back to me but refuse to compensate me for anything. I had to toss 2 pods away because they were too badly clogged and one leaked half of the product and wasted my money. I only used a quarter of the other one. The new pods I had one leak out the side of where you hit the cartridge. The black part on the end it was coming out the bottom side of that part. Wasted almost a full gram! There is no way to leave Stiizy reviews anywhere else and they won't do anything for me. I don't want this happening to someone else that also spends what little money they have on product. I am then stuck with nothing and in pain because I can't just go buy another one and they won't replace anything. I stopped buying their products and would only use it if they did the right thing by their customer and replaced what...

Absolutely terrible experience. Every time I go in there they say that there don't have what's on the deal. Every deal they say they are not running right now after I've clearly read it on their website and I've already drove all the way down there and all you ever get is a oh I'm so sorry. Will you buy in-house weed please?👎 Obviously they did not read the comment apologizing under this. The problem wasn't that they were out of the deal. It's that every deal that was on their website. They said it was not a deal and when I asked them about it they just say yeah that's crazy. I'm trying to figure that out too. You work here. You should figure that out when you clock in with your managers and when you show me a deal on your website and I drive all the way down there you should honor the deal. Still get a one star. I heart this place. My go to when I visit the g'parents at the cemetery down the street in Vallejo. I have never seen this place busy, even on the weekend. Super duper chill. There are at least two security guards in the front to greet you, then you flash them your id and enter to flash your id again to get the door unlocked into the kingdom. Everything is behind glass, but the budtenders got you. All that I've dealt with have been easy going. Always well stocked and they have specials y'all.

The reason I stumbled across this location is because I tried to get a cartridge at the Pacheco location, but due to county regs., it was a no go. They referred me to the Benicia location, and even gave me a 20% discount because I was referred by the Pacheco location (gotta cross that bridge, shiesh).
