Absolutely the worst customer service in benicia. A group of 5 of us from work went there,I ordered 2 large garlic fries and a double meat roast beef sandwich with a side of fries for $24.50 ..the 2 leg fries was for other coworkers. I recieved the order and went back to work. Well my coworkers got their fries and I wound up with NO FRIES and a SINGLE MEAT PASTRAMI SANDWICH..RIPPED OFF...So I called to explain problem (cant eat pastrami) and no fries...Coworkers overheard my conversation with Sprankles in benicia conversation where they pulled up my credit card purchase and said they would put on account 14.50 for my order at another date...so no lunch for me that day! So the other day we went in..NO CREDIT, NO ACCOUNT, NO ANYTHING AND OWNER CAME OUT WITH AN ATTITUDE OFFERING ME 7.00 DOLLARS..WHAT A JOKE FOR NOT ONLY THEIR LACK OF GETTING ORIGINAL ORDER CORRECT BUT RIPPING ME OFF TOTALLY..I GUESS ILL TAKE THEM TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT AND THEY CAN PAY ME MY ORIGINAL MONEY PLUS COURT COSTS. REMEMBER FOLKS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EASY..GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE TAKES A SMILE. SPRANKLES IN BENICIA CALIF IS...

I’ve had the sandwich’s here a few times because of Company catering and I’ve loved it. This is the first time I’ve had to call to place an order (I’ve never ordered from a deli before) and it was unpleasant for me. I already knew this would be a pain to order. I was reading off orders that were given to me and found out that I was missing bread and cheese on some peoples orders. I called back when I had the bread and cheese figured out and a different lady answered the phone but I could still hear the First Lady In the background that helped me. I had asked which breads were more popular amoungst sliced and the roll and she said “both it depends on the person” that’s where I made the mistake I guess. I should’ve asked what she liked to get an answer. Instead I asked if you were to guesstimate which is more popular. Then I heard the First Lady in the back sounding annoyed. She was saying something about what I said but I couldn’t hear that clear. Thank you for putting up with me I guess? I’m not sure if she did it on purpose or not but as a customer I don’t want to hear any side comments as I am...
