For starters, it just doesn't look very good. The grass is not very well maintained. Not enough trees. Wooden play structures, so kids can get splinters. Not enough cover/shade.
Then, I'd go on to say that it lacks things that would serve the community. There are no sports related areas. No dog area/dog park. No skate park. They felt the need to put those things in the 'Community Park' across town.

The reason it did not get 5 stars as there are poeple that hang out at the park drinking. Seen tne police there a few times. I feel safe to allow my 5 years grandson run around the playground with minimal...
