Worst customer service ever! I didn’t even walk out of the door and I tried my vape as I always do to make sure it works! The lady at the front told me I could try some until I get one that’s working. They sell old vapes here that taste burnt right out the package. I will not be back very rude lady. Very rude staff. The lady at the front started yelling at me Because I told her the vape is burnt. Do not go here go somewhere else I hope this place goes out of business!!! When the men are there They try to push you to buy more When you specifically said you only want one they try to charge you for two. I bought a pack of games for $1.37. The lady rung me up for $24 juul pods? Then she proceeds to say “oh I’m sorry, it’ll be back into your account in 24-48 hours.” I’ve talk to several people about this and they have the same experience with this lady. How do you mix up a pack of Dutches with juul pods? Nobody even smokes juuls in 2025 😂. Be careful and aware when shopping here. Go to smoke duds right down the street instead. They have better sales and they don’t have unaware employees. As someone who runs retail stores and been in customer service for 5 years, that was a major “mistake”.
