The Taggart House — Restaurant in Philadelphia

It's a local neighborhood spot. If you aren't a part of their crowd you will not get great service , food? It's advertised but the kitchen is never open on 4 different occasions I have been here in seek of these wings people rave about.. When I called kitchen isn't open till August ok I guess the cook is on vacation , but before that asked an older male bartender and was definitely looked at like I was disturbing his conversation. The bar seating area is small and if you don't get a seat there don't worry about getting served at a table because you definitely will not... I have walked out twice and the 2 times I had a beer and that's it. It is clean and nicely decorated but...

Enjoyed the atmosphere. You go here when you want an experience. Never knowing what will happen next. The people employed seem like they can handle anything that comes their way. Kind of funny. They play good music on the jukebox. And know one seens to care if you play a bad song. I've been going to this place for a long time on and off. Each time it becomes a bit more enjoyable. Favorite bar I've ever been to.. Drinks are cheap and for some reason always taste better here.. Chill environment, great location, great friends, and great times.. Connor is my favorite bartender; he's always attentive, friendly, and seems to hit it off with the ladies..
