Luca Pizza — Restaurant in Bensalem Township

I have Been a customer for a very long time I live a distance from the place and I decided to get a pizza today with my children and a dinner salad for myself. I started to eat my salad and I discovered a big dead fly I thought it was seasoning but I picked it up and it was a dead fly. I then called them back and they were going to give me store credit. I did not want store credit so I drove back and was rudely received by the Pizza guy he said real mean it’s a small salad and puts three dollars in my hand. I told him no it wasn’t it was a dinner salad. He argues with me saying it’s a small salad. So the lady taking orders comes over with the pizza man raising his voice at me and agrees with me. He gives me the right change and never apologizes. The owner then calls me and I tell him what happened. Can you believe he says that happens here bugs get in the food. What kind of place is this? I am never eating here again. I’m sorry that my children ate the food. God knows if bugs were in the other food. Let’s just say I’m going to contact license and inspections about the place. On Feb 2nd, I ordered an 18 inch Pizza with Extra Sauce and a 16 inch Pizza with Pepperoni from the Slice app for Pickup. Honestly, I order a ton of Pizza and this was the BLANDEST PIZZA I have ever eaten. This place was THE PLACE to get Pizza from when they were located in the Woodhaven Mall. This is obviously different ownership, IT HAS TO BE! Additionally, this Pizza is not cheap. The 18" was approximately $22 (Had hardly any Sauce, let alone Extra Sauce) and the 16" with Pepperoni was $20. I would gladly pay these prices for a quality product but when I picked these Pizza's up I was going to ask them if they were giving me empty boxes because that is how light they were. I don't mind a thin crust Pizza, but this Pizza tasted like dry cardboard with some light cheese and hardly any sauce on it! Save your money, you can buy much better Pizza in this incredibly high...

I used to order from this place all the time years ago, it was my absolute favorite. The owners were so nice, place was always clean, delivery was fast etc. I moved out of the area but recently moved back. WHAT HAPPENED to this place! Delivery took well over an hour. When the food got there, the mozzarella sticks were not wrapped, instead they were just put in a brown paper bag, they were cold. The wings were awful. Barely any meat, cold AND they gave me no blue cheese, no celery. I ordered a slice for my 5 year old, that was cold as well.
