Results: I have lost weight, learned to eat right for weight loss and lean muscle building, learned to eat to recover, and have little abs forming for the first time in over 15 years! From having a baby 10 weeks postpartum it took me 3 months of sticking with 4-6 days a week for me to be able to really keep up and feel strong.
Workouts: The workouts are challenging and there are modifications for everything to meet you at your level. You have upper body days, lower body days, core days, conditioning days (cardio), and more, but every workout is so different from the last one you never get bored. And cardio days aren’t running! Yay! The music is fun and you get directed by trainers to mingle and connect with others. I don’t think you can make it through a workout without smiling or laughing.
Staff: I love the trainers, they are top notch and modify workouts for my bad knees and back. You can set goal meetings too which I think make a a huge difference in keeping you focused on your goals. The people here like working here and like what they do. It’s refreshing. The trainers know your name too, this isn’t a gym you come to and go unseen.
Facility: The facility is clean, everything is wiped down between workouts, they have showers for after workouts, and childcare. I have 4 children ages 5 months to 10 years old and they all go and have a blast while I workout.

I’m addicted. I’m not the type of person who loves fitness and working out... I love food and more food. But this is something different. The group of women are phenomenal and I feel better about myself. I’m gaining not only friends but confidence and losing fat becoming healthier. I’m sadly eating healthier and it’s doing good things to my body and healthy. It’s awesome. The work outs are still hard and I’m not coordinated enough to get it right each time but the coaches are amazing and will come up and correct me so I don’t hurt myself. I signed a contract with them after I did their two week free trial (to see if I could survive) and then did their 6 week camp (raise the bar)
The trainers are amazing and have all kind of options for whatever stage in life you are in. Whether you’re pregnant, just had a baby, in shape or haven’t been to the gym in however many years they get it . They have a modification up or down for you. Read moreI joined Burn in January this year and now I’ve completed 122 camps this year! Prior to joining Burn, I haven’t done anything like it since PE classes in high school. I’ve always loved yoga and walking, so this was way out of my comfort zone! But, I wanted to feel strong, and was ready to be challenged. I immediately felt so welcomed with the community they’ve created at Burn! Now I look forward to going everyday, not just for the workout, but to see my friends! The trainers are excellent at challenging you, but also providing accommodations for every level when you need them.
I also really love and appreciate the childcare! I was very nervous to leave my son at childcare when I was looking for a gym, but the Burn childcare put all my fears to rest. The staff and so kind and loving, the childcare room is clean and spacious, and my son loves going.
