Horrible Experience. Very poor customer service from Caiden. Went in to get a new iphone 15 plus. I had requested to know the colors available before opening my new phone. Caiden claimed he did not hear me after he had opened the box to the iphone. (When I had asked about the colors, Caiden did reply to my question about it and had known I was looking for a certain color) I received a stocking fee on a phone with a color I did not want and Caiden was told before opening it that I did not want a black phone. He also tried adding an extra phone screen and box for the charger that both were not need nor did I request for these items. Moving to TMobile was a terrible decision. Not just bad service and wonky phones.. The store and regional manager lured us in with a great-sounding deal and eventually when our bill skyrocketed, they pretended to not remember the deal (which we clearly paid for the first few months). Go anywhere but TMobile. And let me know if you see them at an event.. I believe Walgreens prints...
Read moreNormally I go here for all my shopping, but your employee decided to lock the door at 7:55pm. I understand you guys close at 8pm, but I tried to get there as quickly as I could. If you locked up that early, then you should change your hours of operation to close at 7:55pm instead of 8pm. When I went to go attempt to open the door, with it being locked...your employee was zoned in on their phone and looked up like I was bothering them. I'll continue to shop at this location, but not after 7pm because who knows how early your employees decide to lock...
