Subway — Restaurant in Berea

I order lunch approximately 4 or 5x's week, I spend good money here also because I always order the extra pro sandwich, I order through doordash and every single time my sandwich comes it has cheese on it. I have a dairy allergy,if I don't ask for cheese why is it always on my sandwich? We can complain to doordash and they give you a credit,but after awhile I think they believe we are scamming and that is not the case. My girlfriend actually called up there to make sure they won't put cheese on the sandwich and guess what it still came with cheese. I don't understand how hard is it to follow directions,seems pretty simple,I really love subway,but maybe I should start taking my business to firehouse subs,they might be...

Smh ... Not sure what's going on with this store ... the quality of service has been dropping tremendously.... never know when the stor closes as it's never the same as what is listed on the door... the kids there working are rude ... I went in for a steak and cheese sub and decided to go else where after the worker gave me half the portion of meat... * owner * I understand your store is loosing buisness but you do not make up for the loss by under portioning you guest... And now your NOT accepting coupons 🤔 ... that says a bunch for your establishment... only a matter of time and this place wil be closed like the burger King on bagley...

We came in during a rush there were only two employees But one employee, Jalicia was absolutely amazing. I could tell she was working under pressure and trying to manage each of the orders because the guy she was working with was not helpful at all. The line was full and she made sure to get our 9 sandwiches out in about 10 minutes without an issue or any attitude. This kind of work ethic is astounding. I’ve been coming here for a while now and there’s always someone working but they don’t treat us with the service that you’d expect.
