C S Johns has exceptional customer care and quality work! Although their store is not where my engagement ring was originally purchased, I came to them to see if they could help me with some repairs because I kept loosing stones from my band. After inspection and replacing stones, they informed me that the craftmenship of my ring was of poor quality and that I would continue to loose more stones. Since they knew i would continue to have problems with it, they offered me a solution to remake my entire ring for a reasonable price. Not only did my ring turn out beautiful but it was new and improved and they were even able to tweak the design to better suit my liking!! To this day I have not lost a single diamond since the redesign/remake! I was so pleased with how my ring turned out, I had them make me a custom wedding band to match it! I get so many compliments on it!!

Just recently I stopped in the store while I was home in Ohio for a quick visit to have them check over my ring and re-coat the white gold, they had it all completed in 2 Days, no charge!! If you want great service avoid the malls and mega jewelers. Here you deal directly with a craftsman and owner. The difference is amazing. We've been using them for our jewelry purchases for over twenty years. We've never been disappointed. If they don't have exactly what you want they can make it. They can even repurpose old or damaged gold. If it's broke or bent they can fix it-on the spot. On one visit Matt suggested cleaning and inspecting my wife's ring.
