Wingstop — Restaurant in Berea

This would be a zero star if possible. Been to the location 3 times. This will be my LAST. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!!

I am a truck driver. I've eaten wing stops all over the country. For the past +10 years. This place has the largest issue with getting it right. We'll talk about today specifically.

Placed an order for 10pc lemon pepper, well done. I emphasize to the cashier, "Please make sure they're extra crispy." She says, I put well done on the ticket. I asked again, please tell the cook extra crispy. No slimy wings please. She didn't.

Guess what I got? Soft chewy chicken wings. Before leaving I checked the bag, no fries in the bag and my wings were mushy. They apologized and prepared another order.

Received my bag walked back to my truck, wings were prepared the exact same way. Frustrated I returned.

They prepared the order again. Now waiting for over an hour for chicken wings. Gentlemen walks up to me showing me another batch of wings he's prepared. Which are of the same "well done" I've been handed twice so far. I show him they are mushy, he proceeds to tell me the "timer" only allows him to cook the wings for 16 mins. Almost no seasoning either. This is not how Wingstop prepares food. Only this location apparently.

I left with the mushy wings. No offer to refund my money or wait beyond what his "timer" tells him.

If you're going to reply with the auto "email us here" message. Save it unless what's in that email is worth what my time is waiting around, and can be used at another location. This is the third time to this location and the exact same food quality.

Update* couldn't stomach the mushy wings and there was only 9 wings in the container. Went back in and spoke with I'm guessing the shift lead. Here going on 2 hours, they're attempting it for a 4th try. Again I'm a truck driver so I'll be sleeping nearby. If I would've been home I would've gave up long ago.

My husband waited 2 hours for our food, after checking in multiple times, at the end they ended up saying our "ticket was lost." We weren't able to wait any longer, and was told we'd get refunded to our card in 3 business days... never happened. Called multiple times. Was told we'd receive a "credit" for the location, even after asking for a refund as promised prior and not wanting to come back to this location again. They refused to refund us our money for the food we never received. Have tried calling multiple times to speak to the GM and DM. Came today 2/4 to "use our credit" and the General Manager told us he couldn't honor the credit. Do not purchase wingstop from this location. Horrible customer service they took our money and won't refund us.

Update: This location stated to send an email to a "gmail" email address per below. We've already emailed the District Manager and still no reply. What will emailing a gmail do in this case?

UPDATE: received an email reply stating the District Manager would reach out to us on Feb 12th. It is now Feb. 18 and still no refund or call. This store has yet to refund us for the food we never received. Lack of management, eagerness and...
