I'll give them one star because you can't give them 0. I order from them 2-3 times per week and spend about 80$ Today I ordered from them and all of the rice and chicken tasted at Least three days old. I had it delivered and all I asked was for it to be remade she said I would have to come pick it up I said I do not drive and I paid for delivery for a reason that it's not my fault my order was messed up. She told me there is nothing she could do then told me that next I should order from somewhere else. She then kept arguing with me on the phone about how everything is made to order like I was lying so I said well it's either old or under cooked because that's the only time rice is hard and chicken is chewy. They Normally have amazing food and just lost a good customer when I told her that I order there multiple times a week that the delivery driver knows exactly who I am she said again don't order from here again make sure you call someone else. So that's just what I'll do. Apparently there food is going downhill and so if there staff. I have ordered from this establishment twice. The first time we ordered and the food was delivered within an hour. The food was decent though not hot enough (not acceptable for location to be explained later). My second time ordering was today 12-16-18. I ordered online at 6:29PM. My estimated delivery was 7:24PM. I called them back around 7:55PM and asked the status of my order and was told it was on the way. Again i called at 8:30 and was told it was on the way. I called at 8:35PM and cancelled my order as this was almost two hours later for delivery. This is unacceptable. This is NOT a case of impatience. I live right around the corner (I can see the establishment from my balcony but have company so I can not pick up.) Waiting over an hour for delivery is acceptable. Waiting two hours and being lied to about delivery being on the way IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. I will order from NAM WAH in Berea from now on as they are far more superior. For competing businesses I am stunned at this service especially being within steps of each other! stay away from this company and...

I have been ordering from this place for the past 10 years. Ever since they moved to Baagley Rd. The food is TERRIBLE. We ordered sweet n sour chicken with white rice and pepper steak. We had it delivered. We usually go and pick it up. The peppersteak had VERY LITTLE meat and the rice that came with it tasted old. The sweet n sour chicken came with pork fried rice and the sweet n sour sauce was on the side. The chicken tasted like cardboard and the sauce was cold and weird tasting as well. I called there to tell them they gave me the wrong rice and the man on the phone started yelling at me saying that was the right rice that the sweet n sour chicken comes with pork fried rice. He would not believe me that i ordered white rice. So I asked him if they were going to bring me my white rice and the man said yes but it will be a really long time until it gets here, now mind you we live 2 minutes away.
