Bought a refrigerator, washer and dryer from Kevin Jr. who was a great salesperson. The problem is he sold me a refrigerator that was defective (never properly functioned and always leaked internally) and he flatly refused to allow me to return/exchange as requested several times during the course of the past three months and four repair attempts (and counting). During that time, my floors have been ruined by this appliance.
I have been told continually by Kevin Jr that I need to personally contact the manufacturer and get a return authorization for Appliance Gallery to take it back and also file a claim for the floor damage. (Despite numerous attempts, I can not reach the manufacturer that is not accepting calls at this time.) I had told Kevin that I would be willing to buy a more expensive refrigerator if he exchanged it, but evidently that made no difference to him. When completely frustrated, I asked why he would expect me to deal with the manufacturer when he sold me a broken machine. It arrived to me broken. He simply said, “This is how the industry works.” I suggested that Appliance Gallery deal with the manufacturer and refurbish the machine, possibly for resale. Kevin told me they could not recoup enough by doing that. So now I am stuck with the broken refrigerator and I’m on my own in trying to contact the manufacturer.
Today I let Kevin know that I was surprised and frustrated with his position after purchasing three appliances from him within a few weeks, and that I was at the point that I would probably not want to buy from him again unless he could make this right and exchange the appliance as he should have done initially. I was told he didn’t care if I never bought from Appliance Gallery again or if I told anyone not to use them. Nice customer service, right?

Read moreI researched the laundry tower I wanted, and settled on Appliance Gallery, being a local business and “family “ owned. I went to the store and purchased the item. Very nice. Delivery was a pleasant experience with installation and Nick as the representative. There was a minor issue with the swing of the door. I did request it to be changed, and they cooperated at delivery.However I called the store to request the reversal and Kevin Jr treated me with disrespect and demeaning me when I requested a return to switch the doors. He talked over me repeatedly, saying “ what do you expect not to be charged for a service call, you got free haul away and delivery” I continued to converse about I like to shop local, etc, “we charge to come back out”. At no point of the conversation did Kevin Jr state the fee. He just wanted to over talk me and didn’t care if I gave a bad review or word of mouth negativity. I Have Never been rude as a customer in any way, paid cash, polite, tipped the installers. So Very Rude beyond words. Kevin Jr does not belong in his current position. Apparently is experiencing problems in other areas of his life. I actually feel sorry for for him, and his family. Sincerely, disgruntled...

We purchased the newest model of a Samsung French door fridge from sears a little over 2 years ago, which started breaking down after 1 1/2 years. I researched every store before deciding to go here. The salesman (I can’t remember his name), was amazing. He was knowledgeable on every appliance. He understood all our issues with Samsung, and pointed us in the direction of a fridgidaire. He was honest about issues with different brands, and wanted to know about our issues with Samsung so he could warn other customers. We love our new fridge. It doesn’t have as much bells and whistles as our old one, but it was half the price and actually works! When they delivered it, they took one of our old garage fridges for us free of charge.
