This place has no idea of how to run a business. They post prices online but they are not accurate. We ordered some take out that should have been $37 according to their own site. We were charged $58 but the person who picked up did not realize the discrepancy and paid. The next day we went to the establish and were told, "Oh, no, no! No use price online." In the window of the establishment is a crudely written sign that states $1 added to every order. What that REALLY means is $1 added to every single item. Update your menu and site if you are changing prices!! They mentioned nothing about changed prices when the order was called in and they didn't mention their ridiculous surcharge either. If you are going to open a business, use some business sense. Customers are not mind readers. If you have a web site it is YOUR responsibility to maintain and update the site. They added charges for rice and beans after being told that two of the items should NOT have them added as they were not wanted. Epic fail and we will not go back. The fajita was adequate but we have gotten better at Caffreys. The quesadilla was a joke and ridiculously priced for what they made. The burrito was pretty good. The taco salad was rather bland and they added tomatoes when it was requested to not do so. The empanada was so greasy! We will not go back just based on business practice--of...

I get take-out from here all the time. The food is good, it's prepared quickly, and is usually what I order. Keep in mind that the quality of the food is the most important aspect of a restaurant.

Fairly often though, the phone is off the hook for extended periods, either due to not hanging up correctly, or the owner is tying up the line for some reason - during the dinner time rush.

However, as of 2/1/20, they are now charging "convenience fees" for credit card transactions.

This is annoying to pass on to the customer, since accepting payment is a responsibility of the business and is simply one of the costs of doing business.

Since the existing menu layout is a complete mess and confusingly laid out, take this as an opportunity to re-do the menu into a decent layout, and raise prices where necessary to cover business costs.

Charging convenience fees on credit cards in an increasingly cashless society leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

All of that said, I'll continue to get food...

The salsa for the chips is awful watered down. I ordered GRILLED chicken with cheese and Mexican sauce. I received not grilled chicken with just mole sauce. I took it up she said she’d fix it. Brought it back still no cheese and sauce not on it but my same chicken looked rinsed off a placed on a burner again asked where the cheese was and sauce. She went I don’t know what she did I’ll have her fix it at this point I said just forget it my family is already done. Their beans look right out of a cab with the juice also disgusting. The rice is definitely frozen kind. The chicken was definitely precooked frozen. My husbands fajitas didn’t even come out sizzling and came with 2 small tortillas.
