Customer service and image is everything to me. When I visited this location, Parrish has some of the best customer service I've experienced in the Bay Area, and I've lived here for almost 5 years. She was friendly, genuine and relatable while going over the best products for my skin. It made it easier to believe in what she was saying because her skin is flawless and I had faith that mine could get to that point if I used the products she recommended.
