Unfortunately this place has drastically deteriorated over time. After spending a considerable amount of money at Project Juice, I noticed that the fruit is no longer fresh; as the bananas and strawberries are often half rotten and soggy.
Due to the fact that my recent food purchases here were not fresh, I purposely walked inside of the restaurant to watch them prepare my food. Prior to this, I often used my cell phone to make purchases. Upon seeing the food preparer use a half black rotting banana with mushy insides, I asked her to use a fresh banana. As she started doing so, another worker antagonistically told me that I was suppose to wait outside. That’s insane that a smoothie place has now been out of bananas twice and mobile ordering didn’t correct for it. Those angels deserve raises for dealing...

The person who took my order and put together my bowl seem to be not properly trained. I asked to swap out the almond milk base (I’m allergic to almonds - they make my tongue and throat itchy). They didn’t know what other milk options they had.
They told me they could swap it out for hemp milk but I later noticed that they don’t clean out the blenders in between, so when my mouth got itchy later, it’s probably because I got someone’s almond milk açai bowl leftovers. It would have been bad if my allergy was more serious and I would definitely have a case for negligence.
Granola and...
