Absolutely horrific service all around I came in one late afternoon thrilled to buy a phone I've wanted for quite a while although I got the phone(without a receipt) I realized that the phone had a hairline crack in the screen you couldn't even see except if the phone was at a peculiar position When I looked at the time I saw that the store had closed by then when I came in the next day I told them the situation and they said they couldn't help me at all whatsoever and to go to a actual retail metro PCS store the two employees laughed as I grew more upset and basically it was the worst customer service experience of my life when I went to the metro retail location they told me that the dealer of the phone I got was the only one who could offer me a refund or return so basically they had just told me no I will truly never forget this horrifically terrible store and I most definitely will never suggest anyone ever by a phone from them or you could get terrible...

I had an issue with eSIM card activation on my phone. I came to the store for a quick solution so that I could go back to work. Eddie put the time and effort into helping me figure out what went wrong by communicating with remote Metro Support. He literally facilitated resetting my online account step by step and got my phone working properly again. I knew I was in good hands by observing how he handled the situation from the start.He was acting professionally and with a supportive attitude. I appreciate what he did for me.
