It's very different then any other complex. The APTS, feel like small homes. It's a very nice place to live. It's a 55+ community Been here close to a Year, All was goin Great, love it here. BUT, Warning, they aren't taking some repairs seriously. Some have found Serious Mold, and they aren't taking it Seriously. Very disappointed, and concerned. Still love the place. I took a ride through the community last weekend. The grounds are well kept. The Apts look like little homes very nice. It also looks like an active community that's a plus. I then called and left a message about availably. My call was returned in a timely manner. I spoke with Regina she was very professional and pleasant and very informative. I will be placing an application in very soon this week. I hope and pray I'm lucky enough to be chosen as a prospective member of this very nice community. I love the area as well. It deserves a -star. In the last 2 years it has gone down hill. Management doesn't care about who they let in. Children living in a 55yr old community. 7 people living in a one bedroom apt, they do nothing about it. People using the laundry room that don't even live here. They hire maintenance people that don't know the difference between a hammer and screwdriver....
