Subway — Restaurant in Berlin Township

The owner of this location was one the phone with the employee. I asked for the receipt for my order and I was denied it for reason. I was charged extra money in store for my order which I placed online. When I asked for the receipt I was denied so I said I would have to call customer service to resolve the issue. Little did I know that the owner was on the phone with the employee I was taking to. The employee told me to speak to the owner where the owner said that I am “threatening” his employee by saying I would to contact customer service for my receipt. 1st; The lady was super nice. BUT at the end of my transaction, I pulled out a coupon and she said they don’t accept coupons. Not a huge deal but kinda disappointing.

2nd; my sandwiches were so flat, they may as well been made on sliced bread. When I asked for extra meat she put so little that I had to ask for extra meat twice.

3rd; at checking out, I was appalled by the price of extra meat and the overall total. Since I asked twice for extra meat, I got charged an extra 8 dollars. I was shocked. For two foot longs, two bags of chips , and six cookies (which have shrunken) WAS 47 dollars total. I WILL NOT SPEND MY MONEY HERE EVER AGAIN.
