I had a Korg Kronos 2 Music Workstation that was repeatedly crashing and sometimes failing to boot. I called 2 other Korg Authorized Service centers before calling Steve - the others wouldn't even look at it and basically told me to just replace it with the newer (and inferior) Korg Nautilus because replacement parts are so hard to find.
