Subway — Restaurant in Berlin

I LOVE THIS SUBWAY. I am usually too lazy to write review but this place 999999% deserves it. Everyone is so NICE, and after just two visits one employee (I wish l caught a name!) even remembered my order! I feel like we are best friends already. BEST SERVICE EVER. I’m not even kidding, I would visit this place just to visit the staff; they’re THAT GOOD. This place defies industry standards for customer service, and adds value to the name Subway. Sets the bar. Poor customer service. Tried multiple times to order through the app and online to get the 6.99 deal that was offered. Neither way worked so I called the store to let them know the issue and was told "yea that happens sometimes but you can just come to the store and we can take care of it here" spent over half my lunch break driving to the store and waiting in line only to get to the checkout and be told they actually couldn't honor it because it was only for...

I was in line, waited my turn to order, while in the middle of making my sub, the girl stopped making my sub and finished making the sub for the girl behind me and then checked her out. I told the girl that is rude and my time is just as important as the girl behind me and she should have waited her turn. I was told if I didn’t like it I didn’t have to buy it.
