The employee we dealt with originally was very polite and personable, however he was new and on his own in the store so he forgot to have me sign the finance paperwork or review the order with us. We ended up having to take another trip to sign the paperwork and again, our order was not reviewed with us. When our bed was delivered with a king mattress but a California king frame. When we went in they said they could deliver a new frame but we would be forced to sleep on it this way for a week. We decided to checkout other options and ended up finding the next step up for less. Also the guy we dealt with last, my boyfriend asked for the regional managers number, he wouldn’t give us a number so he said he would have him call us and we still have not had a call yet. Also the return email we received had a threatening message about how an inspection of the mattress would be done when they pick up and if it was damaged we would be forced to pay a $500 return fee. We literally will have had the mattress less then one week when it’s picked up so I’m not sure how that would be appropriate unless you had had it for at least...

My husband and I had the very best time today working with Matt. We were just out to look but he made it such a great experience. It was relaxing-and I don't mean just the mattresses. We didn't feel pressured and to us that is VERY important. Matt was the only one there today and when we arrived there was a couple there and another couple came in and he was so good at making sure each of us had attention and he never showed any signs of being overwhelmed. He asked us all the right questions on our needs and just made us feel like we were not just a number or a sale that he just had to get, it was all about us and it was great! We both felt very comfortable, so much so that we didn't need to go shopping around like we had planned, we wanted to buy from him simply because of how we were treated. If fact if someone told us we could save $100 by going someplace else it wouldn't have changed our minds. Kudos Matt- you are a prime example of what truly wonderful...

My boyfriend and I went in to purchase our first bed after so many years of awful hand me downs. The manager, Chuck was incredibly helpful, kind and really easy going. We checked out each mattress in our price range and he gave us great tips to help us decide which would get us a good night's rest. We loved the attention to detail and the attentiveness to our particular needs. There was no rush and we were encouraged to really try our different sleeping positions. I didn't think buying a bed would be so easy. The prices are very reasonable. There is an affordable option for everyone (including payment plans). Chuck even walked us to the door on our way out which I love! I think this purchase will honestly be the best one I've decided to make and I'm so glad I made it at Mattress Firm.
