Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Berlin

This was the worst visit to any restaurant I've ever had. The wait staff was very unprofessional, including the manager that was working.

First off we walk in, 6 employees all standing around, no greeting, and we wait 2-3 minutes before being seated. There were only 2 other families there. I'm also going to mention that none of the employees were wearing face masks.

The manager was talking to one of the wait staff about another customers experience and how it was the worst service they ever had. That's fine, but it was when the manager asked if he was having a bad day, and he said no, then normally the manager would take the person into the office to correct said attitude. That didn't happen. They just laughed it off.

Then she had ordered a Pan Pizza. We didn't get that, and instead got thin crust and missing toppings. As well we didn't get any plates. I had to go to where the salad bar used to be to grab plates. We took it back to get the right pizza and met with attitude, then they proceeded to complain about us. I work in the service industry too, and a big faux pas, or no-no if you will, is complain about customers in front of customers.

The floors were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned since the 90s, so I can only imagine how dirty everything else was.

The entire staff at the Berlin, VT location needs to be fired and replaced. That or this location should just be closed to save corporate some money. Once again, the worst experience I've ever had at...

Our local Pizza Hut closed many years ago. We were working in the area and stopped for lunch, excited for a chance to eat here. We were the only people in the restaurant the entire time we were there. It's a really nice restaurant, but our table was extremely sticky and tacky, not just a spilled soda. Oddly enough there was a roll of paper towel in with the parmesan, pepper flakes & salt & pepper. The 3 of us lined the table with paper towel because we could not put our arms or phones on the sticky table. Excited to see new items, we opted for an order of bacon cheese bread sticks and a meat lovers pizza. Just before the food came we opened the silverware wrapped in napkins and 2 sets were very greasy, and 1 set was heavily crusted with dried food. When the bread sticks came we were brought plates, but 1 of 3 plates had dried food smeared across the plate. We opted to just use the plate the breadsticks came on. The food was really good, but we ended up not eating much, the disgusting condition of table and utensils really killed our appetites. I don't think I have ever dined in such a dirty...

Very disappointed with our visit tonight at our local Pizza hut service was good but why is it Everytime I go out to eat we have to deal with the employees bringing out their brooms and swishing dirt in the air all around you when you are trying to enjoy the meal you are paying for. I see it in every resurant I go into they are not even trained well enough not to do that, it's disgusting. I also witnessed one employee swishing a broom vigorously right in front of the salad bar right towards the kitchen area we're the pizzas are being assembled, do they not relize the dust that flies when you sweap hope I'm not the only one who sees this but come on, it takes 2 secs to bend over and pick up a few straw wrappers, I would just once go out to eat and not have 3 sweaping brooms going on around me in the restaurant, worried so much about the floor but not so much about wiping off condiments people actually touch, and all the dust that is flying around right over all the always...
