Twice the Ice — Local services in Bernalillo

Went by earlier today to get ice for my Husky. Tapped chose a 20 lb bag and this is what I got! I texted the number from the ice machine. Skeptical that I wouldn't hear back for awhile or that it would take days to get a refund. Not the case here. The owner is very responsive. I was blown away that by time I got back to my truck the owner not only had responded but also made it right. I pulled up to the front of the ice machine to get my credited 20 lb bag and 10 lbs had already come down the chute and was waiting for me. Shortly after the other 10 lb bag came down. This good quality ice and way cheaper than any grocery store, gas station or fast food restaurant. You'd be crazy to go anywhere else. For once in this expensive world where less is way more you get better and larger for less and it's fast and convenient. Being that I'm old school and believe in old fashion customer service the way it's supposed to be. Now my Husky is happy, cooled off and comatose!
