This was a horrible experience.. I wish I could remember the dark complected woman's name. I went to pamper myself, was going to get a full set of nails and get waxed.. I was in suck a great mood. When I explained to the lady how I wanted my nails done.She started with, I was too picky and nobody would want to do my nails.RED FLAG! If you are a technician and have been doing nails at least a year it should not be hard! Then she began, SHE DID NOT TAKE OFF MY OLD NAILS! ANOTHER RED FLAG! She said it would give the lift I wanted for curve. OMG! I really wanted this to be a good experience as I am new to the area. It gets worse.. She didn't use enough powder so she had to keep adding. She took her sweet time as it she was going to hurt me somehow, then she has the audacity to complain that she is taking too long with me and she is losing money because everyone else is working faster than HER! At this point I got edgy and told her I would pay for her time if I had to so she would just do them right. She filed and through a fit put a top coat of clear, one of the nails got messed up. SHE WAS GOING TO JUST POLISH OVER IT WITH MESS. At this point Im just so disappointed. I OVER PAID HORRIBLY FOR THIS. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE THAT I KNOW TO NEVER EVER STOP THERE FOR ANYTHING. This was making the long story short. But I hope you think twice before going...

Hello normally I have always been satisfied with the service and have been going there for about 4-5 years.On Saturday I dropped a nail polish accidentally I have carpal tunnel and every once in a while I can't grip things so that's why I dropped it.I was brought a trash can and told to clean it up as if I were a naughty child.After waiting a while the lady came to me and told me she would be painting her customers nails and then after she further cleaned up the mess she would then be able to start on us.The whole time she was doing my nails she was not really nice at all I tried making polite conversation with her but I could tell she was not happy with me.She was really nice to other people coming in so I knew she was not happy with me.I did tip her and paid 5$ for the nail polish. I had even brought along a new customer.I felt so embarrassed and upset at the way I was treated but I didn't feel like I had to explain my disability to them.I likely will...

I had a wedding to go to the day after I got my nails done from here, I had to get them fixed at a different salon. A month leading up to getting my nails done. I spent as much time as possible trying to get my nails to grow as much as they could before the manicure appointment so I could do a natural short baby French tips, they weren’t super long, but they definitely had some length on them. When I went in I showed the woman who gave me my pedicure who also didn’t follow the simple design for my toes the manicure I wanted and told her multiple times not to cut my nails. I asked her before, and after my pedicure and right before sitting down in her chair to do my manicure, the second I sit in her chair she cuts.
