After having the sectional for about a week, the switch on one of the recliners quit working. After going back & forth they asked if i would let them hook up a control on a cord. I only agreed AFTER they refused to take the recliner back to exchange it. The sectional constantly comes apart….pretty much every time i walk past it, i push on the end and you hear the sectional “click” back into place. However it doesn’t stay. They still wouldn’t exchange it. When i called because it was shifting again, they (Brad & Kevin) came and had cut up pieces of a kitchen sponge to put under the feet of the sectional!!!! Thousands of dollars spent & your fix is kitchen sponges!!!????? This is the worst piece of furniture we have purchased from here and most of our furniture came from here. However this is our last piece. The quality has been awful from the get go. The foot portion of the one recliner catches on the bar and has torn a piece of the leather so now the stuffing is coming out. The customer service is non-existent. I called to speak to Kevin because at least he tries to help and didn’t even get the courtesy of a call back to A. Let me know he doesn’t work there anymore and B. To find out if anyone else could help. They (Brad) are all about the sale but don’t care one bit about the person...

Impressed from walking into store thru delivery. Great selection of high quality furniture. Ability to customize is awesome. Salesmen were very helpful and not pushy Felt like could take as long as needed to look and make selection. Very friendly when I called. They have very unique pieces. The finish on the wooden furniture is perfect and smooth as silk. They have many other gifts and accessories for your home as well. Everything is laid out nicely in their store. I would only say that I do not recommend buying "best" brand furniture which they do sell a few pieces in the store. You do have lots of other options however. Great staff. Custom work is remarkable. They are our favorite furniture...
