Clauser Furniture — Local services in Berne

This is our second purchase from Clauser Furniture in a couple years. The first purchase came after ordering furniture from a store in Muncie and not getting the color what we wanted with them saying it wasn't an option. Did some research and called Clauser. Not only did they have the exact same thing, but could get the color we wanted and much better price. Canceled the order from the other place and went to Clauser for our entire living room suit. When back a couple weeks ago for our bedroom suit and very happy with the service again. Annette is always informative, but not pushy. What a positive and delightful experience to work with the team at Clauser Furniture on the remodeling of our church foyer! Annette was great to work with in considering colors, textures, and the overall feel of our location. The selection of upholstered furniture, tables, and even the design of a welcome counter from scratch -- creating a custom designed, one-of-a-kind, unique piece of furniture, it all went so well as she was able to guide us considering the past and existing structure but bring the entire area into the present in a way that created a fresh and warm feel. We had previously purchased furniture from Clauser Furniture. Every time, we were so pleased with our buying experience that when we decided to replace our dining room table and chairs we looked no further than Clauser's. This time was different, but yet strengthened our loyalty to Clauser's. We noticed a small manufacturing blemish on the table top. When we brought it to their attention, Clauser's without hesitation returned it to the manufacturer. They made a new table top for us and we couldn't be more pleased.
