Ordered a breakfast sandwich on sourdough with ham, bagel and a large iced coffee extra cream no sugar. Asked if they had cream cheese she just nodded while looking at the computer. She told me my total was $9.90 never got a receipt. Gave me a number and I pulled around. Some other girl brings me my āorderā and asked if I wanted my bagel toasted. As she went back in to tell them I wanted it toasted, I checked the bag and it was a chocolate donut. So I tried the coffee to see if it had no sugar in it, of course it did. So I tell the girl after she brought the cars order behind me out, Hey this isnāt what I ordered I ordered a breakfast Sandwich and that bagel thatās toasting and this coffee has sugar in it , Iām a diabetic so thatās why I ordered it without. She replies. Iāll ask. Let me go ask. Like what? Ask who? Itās MY order. I know what I ORDERED. Clearly you guys donāt because my coffee is messed up and I got a DONUT. I found that extremely rude that I was argued with In the first place. She took everything back, comes back out with my food order and the iced coffee was black without cream. I then corrected my order again! I said it was suppose to have extra cream like I stated three times now.
She said, that was what the other coffee was. I said no. It had sugar in it I tried it. Again I am diabetic and canāt have sugar in my coffee! Do these people not understand English? Or health conditions? Is that not important to your staff? Finally I get the ācorrectā iced coffee. Which still was disappointing because it didnāt have extra cream. I was not going to argue again. The girl was clearly not paying attention at the window. She needs to be more attentive, and the other girl needs to listen as well and not argue. Not saying the customer is always right, because I work in food service and I would never agree with that statement but in this situation I should of been heard the first time.
Got home, bagel wasnāt toasted. My hubby said the breakfast sandwich was...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStopped while just passing through the first time. *edited to add: we went out of our way to go back a couple times bc the first visit was 5 star! We had gotten GREAT friendly bubbly customer service. Next couple times got less than excellent staff- younger girls who didn't know the menu and were kinda snotty about it. They wouldn't let me order a small, saying it's not on the menu for that drink. But when they realized it IS on their menu they didn't apologize to me. Just said "oops" to each other behind the counter. We like the concept of this place but some things are a little too pricey and the staff too uppity, especially per the region. It's like they belong on the west coast, but people around here don't want west coast attitude; that's why we live in the midwest! I hope they'll work on balancing the sleek atmosphere and modern menu with consistently FRIENDLY service, from all to all. If you're gonna preach Jesus in order to sell stuff,...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI think when this coffee shop first opened they were great but the service has gone downhill and they have since raised their prices and the cost of everything is so outrageous. You want your chai tea iced instead of hot? Thatās an up-charge. I understand times are tough and places may need to raise prices a little but charging for ice??? Seriously?? The online ordering function does zero good. The last time I used it I was the only car in the drive thru and I waited for an additional 20 minutes after I arrived. So, I ordered. Went to pick up my food 20 minutes later and then waited 20 minutes for it. It took them 40 minutes to prepare 3 sandwiches and I was the only person there. Iām willing to pay for something that is delicious that I really enjoy but with these ridiculous prices and recent wait times, Iām not sure what Iām paying so much for at this point. I gave two stars because the food is...
