I'd like to thank Brian and everyone at PCAudioLabs. First, they got the standard stuff very right - the RokBox computer I ordered was built in a very timely manner, and was very well packed and shipped. It is extremely fast and quiet and I find it to be an exceptional product. It records very smoothly with zero latency. But it is the "extra" stuff that PCAudioLabs hit out of the park. Their level of support and knowledge is nothing short of astonishing. In my case, the CPU fan had wiggled loose during shipment and Brian immediately diagnosed this issue, but more impressively, I migrated from an old computer and an old version of a DAW to the newest version. Five of the six songs I was working on migrated well, but one became corrupted. The new DAW on the new computer was looking for a number of files on my old computer over my network, and as such was having a myriad of terrible performance issues. Brian spent hours troubleshooting the issues and correcting them. He then thanked me for the opportunity to work with me. This level of product knowledge and support is unheard of in these days of cranking out product faster and cheaper with nothing but the bottom line in mind. Brian and the crew at PCAudioLabs did a great job with my Rok Box laptop. This rig is fast and powerful! Initial set up was easy. Response times for questions were fast and thorough. Brain helped me solve a tricky technical issue between my UAD apollo twin audio interface and a weird pop-up bug between the apollo drivers and a Dante Controller that took some time to isolate. His suggestions and diligence really helped me on something that was not an issue with the laptop, but just a strange behavior between third party software. I appreciate the extra time he spent assisting me with finding a solution to stabilize my unique setup.

If you're on the fence whether to get one of Brian's wonderful computers I would say, take the plunge. I have had mine for over 6 years. The service Brian provides is exceptional! Whenever I have had a problem, Brian has been there to help. I'm 70 and not real computer savvy. I just had to upgrade my GPU. I contacted Brian and he had a recommendation, plus he also provided a download link with instructions and a program to put everything in the correct location. Even I was able to accomplish that.
