My grandmother lost her best friend unexpectedly and wanted to get something that was already done due to the changes of the funeral arrangements. I took her here yesterday 6/12/25 about 420 ish a bit close to closing time. My grandmother really didn’t know what she wanted, she just knew she wanted something nice and meaningful. We walked around a bit, looked a couple of pieces, she ended up a bit emotional, she ended up finding the perfect piece she wanted, the card was made during check out. Very easy and smooth process. Linda assisted us and she was very nice, and mainly PATIENT. With us already having to experience this event, having to find something last minute, and with my grandmother not being in the best place overall at the moment, Linda was very compassionate, kind, and answered all questions we had. And as I mentioned with it being close to closing, she didn’t rush, seemed aggravated, she wanted to make sure that my grandmother got what she wanted and was satisfied. And that meant a lot to me because in today’s world, people aren’t so nice and understanding. What made this trip more special is that it was Linda’s birthday,she turned the same age as my grandmother’s best friend, and my grandmother name is Linda as well. So this trip made my grandmother’s day a little better. If I am ever in the market for floral arrangements again I will most definitely be back here and I recommend this business 100%

I don't even want to give one star as I am so unhappy with this place. I ordered an arrangement online ONE WEEK in advance for my mother in-laws birthday. I received an email confirmation and everything. I noticed my credit card was never charged, so I attempted calling the shop countless times to find out if the order went through. No one ever answered and they do not have a voicemail set up. The day of her birthday, NO FLOWERS WERE EVER DELIVERED!!! Again, I tried calling and calling and calling with no luck I resorted to email, only to get a response two days later telling me that the delivery address was out of their range!!! You had one week to notify me, and no one ever called. They claimed to have called and left a voicemail, WRONG!! no one ever attempted to contact me. And by the way it was 15 miles away from their shop! What kind of company can survive by only doing business within a 10 mile radius? Ordered the highest tier, upgraded version of a sympathy bouquet for a close loved one and their family. Flowers that arrived looked like the smallest version I could have opted for. Roses were wilted in less than 24 hours and petals falling off other flowers within 48. Quality was not good. Should have checked yelp reviews first because those were indicative of what would be received. Was not worth the 115$ paid and certainly didn’t send the message of strength and love I hoped for.
