Convenient grocery store. The inventory availability and cleanliness of the store are always well attended to. They sale the lotto but no sale of lotto til 9. The prices are not lower than any other grocery or department store as advertising on the windows and advertising inside suggests. They charge 10 percent extra of the cost of items so if you say to yourself I'd give 10 dlrs for that you'd actually be giving 11 dlrs with the 10 percent extra added to the price. If you see something 3 dlrs you typically prefer to pay below 3 dlrs for but decide you'd go ahead and give 3 dlrs you'd actually be giving 3.30 with the 10 percent extra added to the price. The concept of the 10 percent extra is supposed to be bc the prices are so low the 10 percent is added. Just like any other store when something is on sale or lower than other stores the difference is folded into/price raised on other items. Some who are not familiar with the store may not be aware they are paying 10 percent extra of the displayed price especially if you go in with your mind zoned one track on locating 1-3 items and getting out of there and there's no notice with the displayed price of your selections you'll be paying 10 percent extra of the displayed price. I do not think 10 percent extra of displayed price is on the door; it's sporadically placed below the displayed price of items here and there throughout the store but may not catch some people's eye. I feel the 10 percent should just be prefolded into the displayed price instead of added to total at checkout. Customer service here tends to be primarily 3 stars; ho-hum associates many times, no eye contact and not the best friendly or polite. The mature fellow with eye glasses and auburn longish wavy hair and other night staff can behave peculiar due to extra time on their hands with thinning of traffic. As you're leaving out someone may suddenly take the moment you're leaving to need to step outside on your heels for fresh air to meddle what particular customers are driving. This can make callers uncomfortable. I stopped here just before 9:30 while breaking in my July 4th morning. It took me around 4 minutes to grab what I came for and get in line. I was feeling good in my morning until one of the floor workers opened the tinted doors on the side of the customer service desk which revealed a female employee with red or auburn reddish hair sitting sideways at a computer literally staring at me, she looked hateful and very angry and agitated, she actually continued staring at me once she was exposed, once the door was closed back she turned around to the computer. Witnessing this made me feel I was being hunted or stalked by or for evil due to my profile. There are sometimes simply some hateful staff in this location store that feels entitled to behave badly; a few weeks ago I called and complained about a short plump woman with shoulder length brown hair who intentionally didn't greet or thank me, this employee however actually turned to the customer behind me and greeted him though still in the process of my transaction, I was getting my pay out, the next time this employee saw me she point blank stared at me as though she's crazy because she didn't like I...

Im fairly new to Oklahoma and only came here 2x, today will be the last at least at this location. While my cashier was pleasant and many of the shoppers. I didn't take kindly to the Security officer who followed me in the store all the way to my vehicle( Nice job pretending to collect carts) Oh I noticed the female(Mexican lady) worker following me too. Not to sound racist but I want her to know I noticed her as well.

I paid for all of my groceries with my debit BANK card. I guess they thought I was going to spend $86 and steal a bag of chips smh. Its sad that you cant even shop for groceries without being profiled. That security guy and cashier worker should be ashamed...but then again you get paid enough to bag and follow.
