The pharmacy manager at this location is rude, incompetent, and nasty. I was given the wrong prescription by the pharmacy tech after being told my new prescription was ready. I brought it back in within the hour and let them know what had happened. They checked the system, saw their mistake, and let me know that they could fill my current prescription free of charge (it is $45). Since they had a very, very long line they mentioned that I could come back tomorrow and there would be a note in the system. When I came back in, I was given my prescription and told that I would have to pay the $45 again. I let them know what had happened, and while they checked the system and saw that they had been in the wrong, they told me if I wanted it I had to pay. I again explained what happened, and described the woman who I spoke with (She was not wearing a nametag and I couldn't recall her name) and the man let me know that no one of that description had ever worked at that location. The man behind me in line promptly spoke up to say "that's not true, I've spoken to that woman numerous times". As this pharmacy worker continue to get nasty with me, I asked for his name. He promptly told me that he was the pharmacy manager and would never give me his name. He is white gentleman, with blonde hair, if you know his name it would be greatly appreciated. He then proceeded to say, "If you want your prescription you can pay up, or else you can learn your lesson from not reading before you leave." He also went on to say, "if you want to be able to take your blood pressure medicine you better pay it", as if I was being held hostage by him. As this was clearly an escalated and uncomfortable situation, and it was late and I had been without my medicine for 24 hours already, I paid and left. On my way out the gentleman behind me felt the compulsion to say sorry to me, as if he were embarrassed for the pharmacy manager's behavior. It was a humiliating, degrading, abusive, situation, and I am in shock that the employees choose to speak in that way. I will be changing my pharmacy going forward and I have contacted corporate. I would advise you to make a different selection when choosing where to get...
Read moreA horrible pharmacy, u cant order scripts ahead of pickup date, don’t accept my government id even though i have been here last 8 months and used it 1 time before. The last visit I was told the script was filled only to get there with no meds avail. the attitude here is we can care less if u go somewhere else so i would say go somewhere else !!! Unfortunately I’m stuck using them for now lastly when u call u cant reach a person even after going thru the 5 minute menu options, at the end u are instructed to leave a voicemail! ! ///. Would like to add this second remark which is today, 01/05/25 ! I called today to find out what is up with two scripts due on this day . I got no tx indicating the status of these scripts so I called . Because u can’t ever get a customer rep there I had to do the voice mail thing which in itself is very frustrating ! At the end of the voice mail I left my number to b call back on for the status of these due scripts today, got no scripts filled nor a call back today from cvs. I should add I get these scripts every month and I have been going here for the last 13 to 14 months straight, so much for cust service and having a family owned pharmacy that has an...
Read moreThe minute clinic is missing a sign advising people to check in at the computer. When you arrive you will be lost as there are no instructions. I had to ask at the pharmacy in order to know how to proceed with my scheduled appointment. The nurse administering the vaccines was pleasant and followed infection control measures. The pharmacist seemed overwhelmed/bothered when the pharmacy tech asked her about the free N95 mask I was inquiring about. I was instructed to ask at the register in the front, which the lady was on the floor on her phone and I must've interrupted whatever she was doing cause her attitude sucked. She told me CVS are no longer providing these mask to the public. This is a lie, their store is is listed in the CDC mask finder, and many people I know have received these N95 mask at their local CVS stores and other pharmacies. So something is wrong with this store. I understand running out of the N95 masks, but giving false information because you hate your job that's...
