Bethel Public Library — Attraction in Bethel

Having recently relocated to Bethel, one of my anticipated destinations was the library. Upon my arrival, I was impressed by its pristine condition. As I approached, the warm welcome from the community members brightened my day. Upon entering, I received exemplary assistance in locating everything I needed. Tom, whose expertise in Quantum Physics is truly remarkable, was the first to greet me. Daniel, another staff member, provided invaluable assistance with my resume and offered additional support. Ellen and Helen, the library coordinators and administrators, are invaluable resources for anyone looking to organize special meetings or groups within the community. It has gotten better in terms of the staff friendliness. One of the women up front, the young lady is very positive and so welcoming; the other two men are not. Upstairs, there's one woman that is very friendly and accommodating. The others when you're asking to reserve a room it's as if you've done something wrong. they're so skeptical. So I suggest having your staff trained on being very friendly and welcoming (good customer service) because if not, it makes a very unpleasant experience and people are tax paying citizens that deserve just a...

I called ahead of time to inquire about borrowing being I am not a resident of the town and asked specially about borrowing a wifi hot-spot (they had 2 available) and was told it would not be a problem, its allowable.
