Cash Point — Local services in Beverly

I have been going to Cash Point since it was located on Cabot st going on 7 or 8 years now. Even longer. Over the years i have been a customer looking for items and more recently loaning & selling my items. I have never had a bad experience but I’ll say there are employees that were more experienced, knowledgeable, helpful & even kind. Kind may sound strange about such a business but when you find yourself needing to look for alternative forms of income to supplement your regular job just to survive & make ends meet, you would be surprised how kindness is something that made maki g hard decisions easier. Ali is the gentleman i have done most of my transactions with . Not only has he been kind but helpful & honest. Honest may also be a trait not highly associated or used with such a business but in this case I can say that it’s absolutely the case. Since the store has changed locations & Ali has been the main employee there it is a much better, more organized & streamlined space as well...

i went to get my girlfriend a laptop and when we got home it had a virus on it. when i called and complained we got another laptop as a replacement from them and the web browser and all other functions, other than the power button, was practically useless. it might as well ahve been a paper weight. then they gave up a free ps3 (and was very much appreciated) but now it freezes every time we turn it on. needless to say this store needs to test its electronics in depth before selling them...

I have done business with Cashpoint for over 2 years. I buy all kinds of collectibles, especially musical instruments - as well as doing a few loans here and there, (when needed). I am happy to say I have only positive things to say about the store and the knowledgable and fair staff ("Ali" and "Gene") - whom I find to be not only knowledgeable, but honest and ethical -for the 40 plus transaction I've completed since 2022.
