This review is probably a little unconventional however, I came here in a mini panic involving my bathroom sink and I needed some ASAP plumbing advice and I wasn't sure where else to turn. I was greeted by a woman at the front desk, and I explained to her my situation. She called for one of their plumbers to come and assist me. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name but he was so incredibly helpful. I explained the situation, showed him pictures and he explained to me how to fix the issue (and even helped me pull up a you tube video with step by step instructions so when I went to fix the issue I could review it). I remodeled by house — including 4 bathrooms — back in 2007. All shower doors, jacuzzi baths, bowls, plumbing and fixtures were purchased at Salem Plumbing and Bath. By and large, we have had very few issues over the last 12 years... but the couple of times we needed to replace a small part, no worries. I call Salem Plumbing & bath and they good natured lay look up my items and direct me on how best to get a replacement part from them or the manufacturer. WOW!
